Supabase database + backups
Postgres database with point-in-time recovery. Daily snapshots, automated. Your contact form leads, blog posts, and portfolio entries all live in a database you own and can export at any time.
UptimeRobot monitoring
Every site has a public-facing uptime monitor. If it goes down, we know within 60 seconds. We aim to be already looking at the issue before you notice.
Google Workspace email
Need hello@yourdomain.com? We set up Google Workspace mailboxes on your domain, configure SPF/DKIM/DMARC for deliverability, and migrate your existing mail if needed. (Workspace billed at Google rates — we don't mark it up.)
Content edits, fast
Need a new page, a copy change, a new portfolio item? Reply within one business day for active care clients. Most small edits ship same-day. No tickets, no ticket numbers.
Security & updates
Dependency updates monthly. SSL renewed automatically. Form submissions filtered for spam (honeypot + Turnstile). DDoS mitigated by Cloudflare/Vercel at the edge. You don't patch anything — we do.

How much does a care plan cost?
Care plans start at $75/month for small marketing sites (5–10 pages, light traffic) and scale up based on traffic, integrations, and edit volume. Most Lake County clients land between $75 and $200/month. Quoted with the build proposal so you see the all-in cost before signing.

Is hosting included or billed separately?
Vercel and Supabase usage is included in the care plan up to typical small-business volumes. If you scale into Vercel's Pro tier or Supabase's paid plan because of real traffic, we pass through those costs at-cost (no markup) and notify you ahead of time. Most small-business sites stay on free tiers indefinitely.

How fast can you turn around content edits?
Active care clients get a reply within one business day. Most copy changes, photo swaps, and new portfolio entries ship same-day. New page builds (e.g., adding a city or service page) are scoped separately if they're larger than ~2 hours.

What happens if you stop working with me?
You walk away with everything — domain in your registrar, code in your GitHub, Vercel project in your team, Supabase database in your account. We document the handoff so any developer can pick it up. No held-hostage data, no contractual lock-in.

Do you handle email hosting too?
Yes — Google Workspace setup on your domain is part of the care plan if you need it. We configure SPF/DKIM/DMARC for deliverability and can migrate existing mail. Workspace is billed by Google at standard rates; we don't mark it up.
