    A free 30-minute call. We map out your pages, look at your competitors, and figure out what "done" looks like for you.

    Your plan & price

    Day 1–2

    Within two business days you get a written plan: real pages, a real timeline, and a real number. If something changes mid-project, we re-quote first — never a surprise bill.

    Design + build

    Day 3–21

    Design and build happen together. You see a real working preview within a week — not just a static mockup.

    Final checks

    Every page tested on a real phone and a real computer — links, forms, speed. Nothing goes live until it’s right.

FAQ

Questions we get a lot.

Do you have a payment plan?
50% to start, 50% at launch on fixed-price builds. For projects over $2k we can split into three payments. Or skip the upfront entirely with the No-Upfront Plan: $149/mo with the build included.
Why fixed price instead of hourly?
Hourly billing punishes the client for changing their mind. A fixed price means we agree on exactly what we are building before we start. If you want to add something, we quote it before any new work happens.
What if my project grows mid-build?
We document the change, we quote it, you approve before we touch a file. The original plan still ships at the original price. No surprises at invoice time.
Who owns the site?
Your domain, content, photos, and customer data are yours — always, on every plan, handed over the same day you ask. On fixed-price builds, the code and design are yours once the project is paid in full, and you can host anywhere. On the No-Upfront Plan, Halo owns and operates the site while you subscribe; buy it out any time and everything transfers to you.
Can I have full access to everything — accounts, code, logins?
Yes. Every client gets an admin panel to edit their own content without touching code. If you want root access to the full stack, our Full Ownership setup ($350) puts hosting, database, and code under accounts in your name from day one, with Halo invited in as a collaborator. One note: changes made outside our process aren’t covered by the care plan — same idea as a car warranty.
Do I have to use your hosting?
On a paid-in-full build, no — you own the code and can host it anywhere you like. Most clients stay on our care plan because it includes monitoring and edits, but it is optional and convenient — never a lock-in.
How long does a project take?
Landing: 1–2 weeks. Business site: 3–5 weeks. Custom: depends on the project, but you get a real timeline before we start — not "a few weeks."
